Hi Anon,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your question on EmpowHER! Oral sex is a type of sexual activity where one partner stimulates the other's genitals with their mouth. It is not very complicated, and for many couples, it a sexual activity that can get each other very aroused.
Many people have oral sex before actual intercourse to get more in the moment and become more aroused. While there is zero risk of becoming pregnant through oral sex, STDs can still be passed along. It is important to make sure you and your partner have been tested for any possible STDs beforehand.
Here is a video on EmpowHER by Dr. Marty Klein, a certified family and marriage counselor and sex therapist, about oral sex: https://www.empowher.com/sexual-well-being/content/oral-sex-women-need-know-messy-okay-dr-klein-video
I hope this helped! Please let me know if you have more questions.
