how come i was told by my dr that i have lupus and he did not talk any kind of treatment plan

I THINK THAT WAS WRONG WHEN I FOUND OUT THAT I HAD LUPUS FROM MY DOCTOR WE TALKED ABOUT IT HE PRINTED OUT A LIST OF THINGS THAT I COULD AND COULD NOT EAT AND CALLED MY PHARMACY WHITH THE MEDICATION THAT HE THINK WOULD HELP ME CONTROL IT AND DEAL WITH THE PAIN .....
