how do i burn more fat?

In a word- exercise. Burn more calories than you consume to lose weight. If you are an inactive person, start out slowly and gradually increase your level of exercise. Start with walking, bicycling, dancing or swimming. Aim for 30 minutes of aerobic exercise daily.

Thank you. I think I 'knew' that, but I always get stuck on 'how much time should I spend exercising to get my act together?' You've helped with that. Appreciate it.
