How do I calculate my menstrual cycle

Do I start counting from first day of period til first day of next period? Or do.I start counting from last day of period til first day of next period?

HI Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER.  Your menstrual cycle starts from the first day of your period all the way through your next period and in between cycles a woman ovulates, which can happen from day 11-21 counting from the first day of your period.
