how do i heal my foot

Foot pain can happen for many reasons.  In order to offer more advice I will need know more details.  Where on your foot is the pain?  Is it muscular pain, or on the skin?  Do you have a job where you need to be standing a lot?  Have you checked for hard spots on the bottom of your foot that could be warts?
