I'm 26 years old. I've been reading about the condition online and am not sure if I do.

Guide

Hi,
Since you have been reading about this condition, you probably already know that it is an involuntary spasm of the muscles surrounding the vagina.
The symptoms are:
* Vaginal penetration during sex is difficult or impossible.
* Vaginal pain is common during sexual intercourse or an attempted pelvic exam.
Do you have either of these symptoms?
To confirm the diagnosis you will need to have a pelvic examination. I would suggest that you make an appointment with your doctor or visit a health clinic, if this is where you get medical care. A medical history and a complete physical exam should be done to rule out other causes of pain with sexual intercourse.
