I've recently decided to take up running, and I'd like to eventually run a half-marathon. I haven't been very active in the past, so I can only manage to run as much as a 5K. I'm clueless as to how to get myself to be able to run such a long distance, but I'm determined to get there. How can I prep myself to be able to go the distance in a couple of weeks?
