Ok, Ladies..let's get the the bottom of something. How do people stay monogamous? Does sex get better when you with the same person for so long? Does it get boring?

My longest relationship was 8 years and sex was so boring by the time we hit 3 years that as I start a new long lasting relationship, I want some great stories.
What do you do to keep it alive?

Hi Missy!

Alas, my bedroom secrets will remain that way - only my husband and I are allowed to know!

However, we have some great experts and writers here on Empowher who have really great tips on how to keep things alive and healthy in the areas of love and sex.

Here are some to start : Dr Marty Klein's "Ask me Anything" is a short show (with has audio with an additional transcript) that can help learn what women want to know about their sexual relationships, and the suggestions that follow : http://www.empowher.com/news/herarticle/2008/06/27/audio-sex-therapist-d...

Here are more ideas : http://www.empowher.com/media/audio/audio-dr-marty-klein-what-can-my-hus...

Here is a wonderful series of videos from Dr. Irwin Goldstein : http://www.empowher.com/media/video/video-dr-goldstein-explains-how-many...

And our own HerWriter Aimee has some great articles on keeping the fires burning with our partners. I will copy her public profile here and our readers can choose what articles of hers they'd like to read. http://www.empowher.com/users/aimee

I hope these links help you out as well as our many readers - I think they will! They have some great information, practical advice, personal experiences and some humor thrown in there too!
