how i increase my sperm count

i had been recently married i feel when i intercourse with my wife i feel there is less count of sperm

Thanks for your post and congratulations on your recent marriage!

Men do vary when it comes to the amount of semen they produce but it has nothing to do with their sperm count. Sperm count means the actual amount of viable sperm that can impregnate a woman. It hasn't anything to do with the amount of ejaculate. Some men can have a small amount of ejaculate that contains millions of sperm and others can have a large amount that contains far fewer viable sperm. So the amount of ejaculate produced is not an indicator of fertility.
