Hello GC
Typically pulmonary fibrosis is something that is treated rather than cured. It is a chronic lung problem that can be idiopathic, meaning you don't know the cause, or it can be related to other disease processes.
I'm not really sure what your question is. If you are comfortable writing again and giving a little more detail, I can help you with information. We do have an overview and several articles on this topic: https://www.empowher.com/idiopathic-pulmonary-fibrosis/content/pulmonary-fibrosis-facts.
Please let me know how I can help. Thank you for writing.
