Hi i need some closure. I had penetration sex on the 27th and 28th day of my cycle. My cycle is irregular and i have been stressing out and not sleeping very well. Now im stressing out because im about 4 days late from my period but i didnt experience any spotting or nausea or anything. I am a little gassy but i figure it was the spicy food i ate yesterday. I did have like a major anxiety attack on the supposed day where im suppose to get my period. Can that be why im delayed??

hi i'm 22 yrs old. i had a foreplay with my boyfrnd where we didn't had intercourse but he rubbed around my vagina(unprotected). After 4-5 days, i had my menstrual period which lasted for 5days. Then after two weeks i noticed white creamy fluid with a foul(fishy) smell coming out of my vagina, so i consulted a gynocologist and she gave me medicines like One can tablet, bifilac capsules and candid cl capsule. Now my next period date is supposed to be on 29th sep, 2017 as my last period started on 1st sept,2017 (i have had a regular period mostly). Please tell me if i'm pregnant or not. I have been stressing about this also. Is the medicine delayed reason for my periods? And till how many days i should wait for my periods before consulting a doctor? Kindly response.

Hello Anonymous,

It is not unusual for monthly menstrual cycles to be irregular in the early years of menstruation. If you have been menstruating for only a few years, your body may still be getting used to the monthly fluctuation in the hormones that regulate the menstrual cycle. High stress will negatively impact your cycle, causing late or missed periods. Try ways to relax, be it meditation or listening to music. If you are not sexually active, there is no concern of pregnancy.

Hi. I've been missing my period for 6 days now and I'm so stressed out. I don't really see any ways for me to get pregnant because i never had penetration. Be he fingered me though. I wasn't sure if there was sperm in his fingers or what. But I'm really really stressed these past few months. Is my period delay due to stress or am i pregnant? Please respond.
