I hav been stressing out big time and im due this week, but it hasnt come so i was wondering how long does stress delay you period for?

Hi . Im 17 and im 4 days late im so scared I have been stressed to the max and im trying to calm down . How long will it take for it to be back to normal I just need some enlightment .

It is not unusual for monthly menstrual cycles to be irregular in the early years of menstruation.
