I just found out today that I have trichomoiasis and the dr said its one of the worst cases she has seen. I have been with my partner for almost 5 years but he has cheated numerous times. I had my son april 24 of this year and at my 6 week check up my pap came back normal. My partner says he hasnt cheated in quite a while. He said he has had no symptoms of trich. is it possible that hes had it for over 9 months with no symptoms?

Hi Anon

Sexually transmitted diseases can stay dormant, especially in men. Women seem to fare far worse when it comes to STD's.

You both need to be treated, even if one is showing no symptoms.
