This is a very subjective question. 10 men in one room will have a different answer. It is really up to the individual to determine how many times they masturbate in a month. However, if a man is masturbating at least 10 times in one week or 3-4 times per day, this is often known as hypermasturbation or compulsive masturbation. This can be a sign of an emotional problem and may deplete a man's sperm storage when trying to conceive a child.
