How to reduce my belly fat ?

Hello Madam,

My problem is belly size, i walk to reduce, i couldn't, i am looking for another

think to work out. Also I am a lady who cannot take risk for tablet. Today while i am

out for shopping i saw nutrition centre i saw NEWCHAPTER supplement it is for diet

and energy, i have to take it 2 times a day before meal ( before breakfast and lunch )

it is for complex metabolic challenges. I want to know if any one try this product.

Really I am sad for what happening to me after diet pill Increased my Heart Rate, I feel that i am going to die, although i am a person who scare to involve easily with this type of pills.

I stoped it today, but i feel same.

Hi,
I am not familiar with this particular product. My approach to weight loss is based on healthy diet and increased regular exercise. My approach is based on personal experience. I was always slender. Three years ago, I was diagnosed with a rare form of brain cancer. My altered reasoning and prescribed medication lead to a weight gain so that I weighed 200 lbs.
I have lost the excess weight by burning more calories than I consumed.
I suggest you eat less starchy food but more fruits and vegetables and lean sources of protein, Eat 3 balanced meals, cut out snacking, drink at least 8 glasses of water each day and exercise. Start out by walking and increase your activities as you are able. Be patient. Lose weight gradually about 1 to 3 lbs each week. Cut out soda, diet soda and sweetened drinks. Diet pills and supplements to lose weight give you the immediate gratification of a quick loss but can cause health problems. Healthy lifestyle changes will help you lose the belly fat and keep it off.
