how to remove follicles from my legs?

Hi even though i shave my legs after shaving i cn still c my legs like its hairy like black spots which are hair follicles,, and also my legs are dry i have tried all the lotions and now am trying vaseline ,, how can i get rid of these dark spots (follicles) ? even waxing does not help ,,, please let me know

Thanks for your question and for finding EmpowHER. I'm not sure I understand your question. Have you been in to see a dermatologist about this condition? I believe there are some lotions that have a special agent in them that can lighten hair to try to make re-growth less recognizable. Have you ever tried other treatments that may give you better results and not have to shave all the time? Something to consider. This time of year our skin can be very dry and not have much pigment in it, so it can be less attractive depending on your views. Is there a particular reason why you find your dark follicles bothersome?

hi,
thank you for the reply! what i meant was, even though i shave my legs it looks as if it is not shaved ,, i dnt shave all the time maybe once in 2 week,,, but it looks like unshaved like dark spots on where there hair was,, is there any way i can remove those dark marks?
