Dry nose is one problem that can occur with CPAP.
Tell your doctor about this issue. Generally, the use of a humidifier or a corticosteroid nasal spray medicine can be prescribed to reduce nasal irritation.
Adjustments may be necessary such as a properly fitting mask and air pressure settings.
