If you're already experiencing some level of irregularity, it's going to take a while for your prescription to bring your system into a regular pattern. Stick with it, let your doctor know if you have any questions or concerns. If I can decipher what you've written, your doctor indicated that, otherwise, you're fine.

Relax and don't let stress get the best of you.
