thanks for your quit response i will try to visit a doctor, don't have a family doctor but will visit one soonest. it is the expensive nature of medical care in Nigeria from a private hospitals in Nigeria that have made me not to visit for long now. i will do that sooner. Thanks once again.

GLUTEN and RICE ALLERGY. I also have a dairy allergy but rice, oatmeal and gluten are my worst. I too experienced internal heat and bone and chest pains and GERD. At times could not tolerate warm showers or wash hands with warm water. Internal heat was throughout body but especially belly, back, palms and legs. Could not tolerate physical contact with others or electronic devices because their heat was unbearable. Also, could not cross my legs, let my ankles/feet touch or sit in a chair immediately after someone got out of it because my body picked up their heat and somehow the heat intensified when my legs touched. At one time could not hold my kids and many times I felt I would have a heat stroke when I went outside. Came off of gluten for two weeks. Pains in chest, bones and heat went away. I then ate crackers to see reaction and immediately pains returned. Continued to eat crackers and heat returned. Read Wheat Belly book about the effects of gluten, rice and oats. Hope this helps. Articles I have read mentioned internal heat is a symptom of pancreatic cancer and B12 deficiency, but allergies are my culprits.

Always had sore throat like symptoms and inflammation in my throat and knew I did not have the cold and my thyroid tests were good. I found myself waking up after eating sour cream and beans a couple of times. I also got throat pains and inflammation. That was when my eyes opened to my dairy allergy. I did not notice it before because I do not drink milk itself just ate foods with milk, like yogurt and sour cream. I also noticed panic attacks and anxiety after using yogurt smoothie drinks I bought from supermarket. Sore throats, panic attacks, anxiety and all-over sick feeling now gone.

Oil get internal heat and sweating. Sometimes it is when I am eating.Sometimes I get it at night. I have been getting a lot of test done.one thing my doctor found out is my gallbladder isn't working the way it should. This could be part of the problem why I get a lot of heat sensation. I did read on a forum that after people get there gallbladder removed the symptoms went away. Maybe it is the gallbladder causing the problem if it doesn't work right. I will find out in January when I have surgery. The doctors told me I need to have my gallbladder remove. I will let you know if there is a improvement

Hello Anonymous,

As I mentioned in my first reply to the initial question, you must determine the cause of feeling hot, when it is not related to external temperature. Knowing the cause, for example a thyroid gland abnormality, leads to treatment options.

Consult your primary care physician. Blood tests can help pinpoint a cause.

Regards,
Maryann
