Hi Dennis
I just read your contribution on this site. I experience some discomforting internal body heat usually when I eat food spiced with pepper and usually accompanied with profuse sweating even when I am in room with a working air conditioner. You would do me well and many others by revealing the name/type of herb and its preparation. I don't know where you live but I live in Nigeria. It would be very difficult trying to guy from you successfully considering the transaction bottle necks.

Thanks.

Hello Anonymous,

You need to rule out hyperthyroidism as a cause of feeling overheated.
Hyperthyroidism is a condition in which the thyroid glands produce an excessive amount of thyroid hormone. It is also referred to as an overactive thyroid.

Heat intolerance is just one symptom. Heat intolerance means you feel overheated and often causes heavy sweating.

Regards,
Maryann

I found a cure!!!!!!
I had internal heat for years on and off, never lasting more than a week. Once recently I had it for 2 months straight. I felt like going to work and putting on cloths was a torture!!!! Nothing helped. I tried aspirin, eating ice, cool showers etc. Then I found a product that within 15 minutes of taking it my feeling of internal heat seemed to move from inside my body to my skin and I could feel it dissipating the heat! OMG, for the first time the heat feeling was gone. If your interested I now sell it. This is really not a sales pitch, I'm just letting people know there is a way out. If you don't want to buy it that's fine, but don't stop looking there is a cure. At least for me, and I hope for you too.

Good luck my friends, by the way I contacted my doctor to see it there was a simple pill I could take from them. The answer was no. My cure was found in Chinese herbs. And remember for me it worked within 15 minutes. Since I did not believe in Chinese herbs it was a shock to me that it worked, and a double shock that it worked so fast. I still get the inside heat feeling, but I take my herbs when I feel it, then the feeling goes away and life is good. But I have to put a disclaimer here. I am a guy, I have no idea if it will work for women.

Good day here, pls I need help concerning this internal heat issue. My mum has been experiencing internal heat in her body which usually transfers to her external body and cause her to sweat on the outside. My mum is about 47-50 years of age. Please, what can cause it and the cure? Thanks.

I also suffer from internal heat. Mine doesn't appear to come from my stomach or any foods. It seems centered in my throat. It feels like if I blew air out of my throat it would be very hot. I just literally feel hot on the inside of my mouth and going down my throat but not particularly in my belly. It can sometimes cause a slight headache but always its just very uncomfortable and frightening. Perhaps I will have to look into chinese medicine. I did recently find out I have H. Pylori so I must have an ulcer. It only hurts when I take NSAIDS though for pain. I would have never even known about it other than that.
