My sister is just 20 and she complains of hotness (internal heat) that starts from her stomach and radiates out till sometimes she feels the heat on her face. Her temperature is normal and she doesn't sweat even while she feels this heat. Please help, thanks.

Hi gelove,
Thanks for your question and for joining EmpowHER. When you say "internal heat", what do you mean by that? Do you sweat a lot? Do you just feel warm all the time? Please explain further so we can try to understand and look for resources to help answer your question.

Are you saying you get this "hotness" when you eat? or after you eat? Do you think you may have an ulcer, or do you have heartburn? Do you have any other symptoms other than the "hotness"? Have you seen a doctor about your symptoms?
Please let us know so we can try to help you better and provide some informational resources to help you advocate for your health.
