I always get nauseous after an orgasm, and it ranges from mild discomfort to actually throwing up. Is there anything I can do to prevent it?

Guide

Hello and thank you for sharing your question.

The nausea you feel is most likely because you are dehydrated.  Sexual activity that leads to orgasm takes great physical effort.  You can burn up to hundreds of calories and it can be taxing for the body if not properly fed and hydrated.  It is the same concept as doing an intense workout while dehydrated without proper nutrition, you will inevitably throw-up.

So I suggest that next time make sure you have something nutritious before hand such as a salad or fruit and drink a lot of water!
