hi, like i said in the question i am a 24 yr old women. i have a left ovarian cyst. i think i just expieriance a hot flash. i had gotton up out of bed to go to the bath room when i take a look in the mirror i see my face, neck and chest area all red. i felt as if i were going to die/passout. i also have pain due to the cyst. the pain can be in different areas. it can be in my abdominal area at front or sometimes i feel it on my back by my kidney. i've also felt pain going up into my ribs. the pain i have on my ribs is different from the pain i feel in the abdominal area. the pain on my side is sharp like someone is stabing me i also felt that at the side where my cyst is. the other kind of pain is dull or achy pain. i also have anixety disorder. i dont know if the hot flashes can be due to that. if any one can please give me advise on my symptoms i would highly appriciate it. i feel very worried. thanks.

Anon - Having any type of pain that is so severe you feel as if you may die or pass out is an indicator that you have a condition that needs medical expertise and attention. Please call your doctor's office as soon as possible and get the care you need. No one on an online site can diagnose what you have, you need to see a doctor. It may be a minor matter but until you have a professional check it out you have no way of knowing. Please let us know when you go and what you learn. We wish you the best. Pat

You should get rid of the cyst by surgery. You will still have your right ovary and bear children. It happened to me!
