I am 25 pregnant with twins and suffering from disc prolapse. will i be able to deliver healthy babies? will it be a normal delivery? will i face future health risks?

Unfortunately, we can't specifically answer your questions since the extent of your prolapse and medical history will likely indicate how you may fare in pregnant and your doctors are the ones with that information. Twins will take a toll on your body and back but with proper care, you should be fine. A c-section may be needed but again, that is something your doctor will talk to you about.

You may also need physical therapy during your pregnancy or chiropractic care as the pregnancy may make any pain worse. Bedrest may become necessary but you can cross that bridge when you come to it.
