Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to the EmpowHER community and thank you for coming to us with your question.

Do you keep track of when you ovulate? If not, that is a good place to start. Please read this article,"Low-Tech Ways to Predict when you are Ovulating" https://www.empowher.com/menstrual-cycle/content/low-tech-ways-predict-w...
to get started.

Next, maximize your changes of conceiving by having intercourse when you are most fertile, which is two to three days before your temperature hits the highest point (ovulation), and 12 o 24 hours after ovulation.

Have you spoke with your gynecologist about this?

Regards,
Maryann
