I am 45 years old and my dude is 28 and we have been together for like 2 months and he is already asking me to have a baby and i have two grown kids already and i told him that i am to old to have a baby now plus my tubes are cut and tied and i dont think having a ba y at my age will work i know that some point in time he is going to want kids and i just dont think that i could have any more so its like i love him so i dont know what to do please help

One of the main causes of female infertility, tubal disease, is a disorder in which the fallopian tubes are blocked or damaged in some manner. But don't worry, there are number of treatment options available to overcome infertility caused by tubal disease.

Hello and thank you for sharing your question.
During a tubal ligation the fallopian tubes are damaged. When they heal, the scar tissue seals the tubes. On occasion the tubes are not completely sealed allowing eggs to travel from the ovary to the uterus. In other words, if your tubes have an opening, then it would technically still be possible to become pregnant.
However, it would be impossible to know for sure whether or not you can become pregnant unless you have your fallopian tube examined.
