The best lubricant for menopausal women is experience painful sex is Yes Butter. It was created by a woman who had the same problem as you.

Hi Anon

Thank you for your question!

Lubricant is very helpful to menopausal women (I am assuming you are menopausal or are you post-menopause?) but doesn't always provide the full desired effect.

Are you taking any kind of hormone replacement therapy? If not, it may be something you want to consider as this can help to stop the pain and dryness.

There are also vaginal suppositories you might want to consider. This is like a lubricating pellet you insert well inside your vagina to stop painful intercourse that sometimes works better than a regular lubricant that a tube.

Have you talked to your gynecologist for other options?
