My cycle length is between 26-30 days today is day 35 and still no period. Last month my period started on July 7th and it lasted about 9 days. It has always been the full 7 days only. On july 30th me and my partner had sex using protection like always after an hour passed we did it again but this time we started without a condom for about 3 minutes but he is not sure that he was completely clean from the first time. My projected period start date was supposed to be Aug, 4th. Between july 7th and Aug, 4th I did a diet for 5 days where I lost 4 pounds then gained them back right away I also started to exercise a little and I stopped on August 3rd. I have been stressing about the late period these days I don't know if this can cause the delay or if im just pregnant. I did take a test on the 8th and 9th and both came out Negative. I don't think I have any pregnancy signs I have been feeling heavy on my chest like if someone is pressing on it and I have been gassy. Since my first missed day I have had little white discharge and I also had very very little light green discharge the first 2 days with the white as well and I had been itchy. Someone please help.
