Hi Anonymous,

Thank you for posting! Imatinib is a medication prescribed to treat CML or Chronic Myelocytic Leukemia. It should not be used if you are pregnant or plan to get pregnant. So, if you are considering pregnancy in the future or sometime soon, this is something that you may want to consult with the prescribing doctor to determine if you should continue the medication, or if the risks do not outweigh the benefits.
