I am concerned about a change in my vagina

Hello, I was in the porn industry until about 3 weeks ago, I since split up with my fiance and have moved home, I have had no sexual contact what so ever, not even with myself,
I had pelvic inflammatory disease in December but I do not think that is the cause, but my vagina has changed suddenly since splitting with my now ex and leaving the industry, I have been tested and have no STI's, my vaginal wall has suddenly gone very rough and very bumpy and it has never been like this, this has also happened on the outside very slightly and I am very worried, i am getting a lot of discharge, but i suffer a lot with Bacterial Vaginosis so it could be that, I also get some uterus pain, its more of a weird twitching, should I be worried? any ideas what it could be? I have never had a smear and am nervous to see gynocologists.
Advice please

Guide

I can appreciate that you are nervous about seeing a gynecologist, but your health is at stake.

With your history of bacterial vaginosis and recent diagnosis of pelvic inflammatory disease, I urge you to make an appointment to have a pelvic examination.

Physical examination and a Pap smear are the only means of finding out what is going on.
