I am depressed because I am not in a relationship, but when somebody tries to get close I just act as if I am not interested.And when they go away I want them more.please help me

Thanks for posting. It sounds like you just haven't found the right person for you. Most people have a tendency to want what they can't have-- so when someone acts like they aren't interested, that's when you want that person. However, this isn't the person you should persue. Wait until you meet someone that really gives you butterflies in your tummy and that's the person for you. Being alone can be difficult at times, particularly when everyone around you has someone-- but enjoy yourself! Being alone does not have to be a bad thing. It can really be a good time to get to know yourself, your likes, and your dislikes. Don't settle for someone just because you want someone in your life. Friendships can make good therapy for loneliness.
