I am going to miscarry?

I'm 22, I am ten weeks pregnant. (Due in September) I have not really had any bleeding or cramping or anything like that. The thing is yesterday I lost all of my pregnancy symptoms. The nausea, exhaustion, sore breasts, those are just examples. I am going to see a gynecologist soon but I am afraid the baby might have stopped breathing or I don't know. I'm just a first time mother, (I've never had any miscarriages or pregnancies before and I am very scared.

Hi Anon

Welcome to EmpowHER. Just because your symptoms, such as nausea or exhaustion stopped.  Does not mean you are having a miscarriage.  It's very important to wait until you see your doctor and he will listen for the heartbeat.  He will be able to let you know how is the baby doing.

Best,

Daisy
