ask: I am looking for good walking shoes to help ease my sciatica. My symptoms seem to get worse after walking but I don't want to give it up !

Hi Anon - Some members have mentioned seeing a podiatrist or other foot expert to obtain custom-made shoe supports in order to continue exercise while reducing pain. It may be something you'd like to consider as well. Pat
