I am not sure if I could be pregnant or sick could someone help me understand what going on?

Hi I am Casi and I'm 25 years old. I just got off my period almost a week ago and I had unprotected sex almost everyday since I got off. Now I am cramping in my lower stomach and been feeling very off. My boobs are killing me and I was bleeding a few days ago. I am scared to talk to my family about what's going on. I just want to understand what is going on? Sorry if I am not making any sense
