I am only 16 years old and before today i mean 15 aug.i met my bf and we were do only standing romance like he only fingered my begins and he only touched and rubbed outside the my begins..so can u tell me that there is a chance that I become pregnant..?

What do you mean by your "begins" - do you mean your vagina? Touching and fingering will not cause a pregnancy.
Did you have sex ed at school? If not, it's a good idea to study on your own so you know how sex and the human body works. You can read books on this or search our own site. This will eliminate a lot of stress than the unknown can cause.
A woman cannot get pregnant unless she has unprotected sex (naked) with ejaculation. She would also have to be ovulating.
