I am a sexual abuse survivor. And only recently started to enjoy sex. For the first time, I am able to get very wet and enjoy all aspects of foreplay and sex with my partner. However, I have yet to "cum" during sex. Will I ever be able to do this?

We have been together for a long time and the trust factor is there. My partner is very careful and gentle, and takes his time with me during foreplay and sex. I would very much like to experience an orgasm during sex and "cum", but feel extremely embarrased that I remain unable to do so.

I use a vibrator at home and am fully able to orgasm with clitoral and vaginal stimulation with that. Any suggestions?
