I been dizzy all day..was cooking and had to sit down due to dizziness..heart was beating fast after i sat down then i layed down for awhile heartbeat slowed up but still a little dizzy. Is that high blood pressure?

Usually, hypertension is defined as blood pressure above 130/80, and is considered severe if the pressure is above 180/120. High blood pressure often has no symptoms. Over time, if untreated, it can cause health conditions, such as heart disease and stroke.
