Hi Anon,
Welcome to EmpowHER. a balanced diet and exercise can help in reducing belly fat. Exercise such as abdominal crunches, sit ups, air cycling, walking and many other can help. Also avoid drinking sodas which are very high on sugar. Hope this was helpful?
Best,
Daisy

sometimes, losing belly fat can be a matter of sleeping more, stressing less, and eating the right fats. When we lose sleep, we tend to stress over things more easily. Stress causes a hormone that causes fat to distribute in our midsection. Crunches are great, but only work a certain group of muscles. Planks are great for working the entire core at once. Now fats. Add avocados, walnuts, olive oil, & omega 3's in your diet....every day! Don't forget your cardio and DON'T GIVE UP!
