I broke big toe,foot been swollen for a week.Used Epson salt,ice,muscle rub,asprin.What do you suggest.

Have you had the toe x-rayed? Have you been seen by your physician? Are you keeping your foot elevated?

Buddy taping (taping the toe to an adjacent toe can be used to splint a fractured toe.
Most broken toes heal without complications in six weeks.
