Pregnancy does not happen in this way - simply touching a wet spot, then touching yourself 5 minutes later. There was no intercourse with ejaculation inside your girlfriend. Clothing may get wet from dry humping, but it acts as a barrier preventing genital to genital contact. If you do have intercourse, consider wearing protection.
