When I can’t fall asleep, should I stay in bed and keep trying or get up and do something? What do you recommend to help?

Have you tried exercising? That helps if you want a good night sleep. I couldn't sleep for about 8 months as my husband was suffering from snoring, we tried everything even snoring devices, but it was a waste of money! don't use them. But yeah he lost weight and it helped a lot. Now I sleep like a baby :D

I also had a snoring problem and it was driving my wife nuts! So lost weight too, and your right snoring devices are poor.

Guide

Hello Hayden,

When you cannot fall asleep within 15 minutes or so, it is advisable to get up. Read a book, have a mug of warm milk, or watch a little TV.

Go back to bed when you feel tired.

Hope this helps,
Maryann
