Hi Lola Marie

If you are not sleeping at night, being tired during the day is a common side effect. When you say you can't sleep, is it because you are in pain or some kind of discomfort or you are stressed or worried about something. Or sleep simply eludes you?

Are you going to the bathroom more at night? This sometimes happens to people with insomnia because we are more conscious of our bodies as we lie awake all night in bed.

Can you explain the strange taste? Is it bitter or acidic or something else?

Your post was cut off and only the title is visible. If you can fill in some of the gaps, we'd be happy to help you further!
