I have a complicated one, i cant tell if im pregnant and i am very nervous and freaking out a bit. I had unprotected sex 31 days ago but i stopped him half way through none of us had released. This happened 3 times. I felt no symptoms until now, i should be having my period but im not, its been a day since it was calculated by my menstrual calendar app. I have massive cramping, mood swings and depression, my weights been steady, massive food cravings and, i've been vomiting off and on but i usually do around the time of my period as well. I have the same symptoms as starting my period except for the cramping...i cant see a gynecologist for awhile and cant afford an in home pregnancy test, and im hoping i can maybe get a straight answer of anyone else this has happened to? Or maybe an explanation....Thank You so Much..

Hi Anonymous,

Unfortunately, no one on the internet can give you a straight answer. We don't know if you're pregnant. While you may have pregnancy symptoms, they aren't enough to have someone tell you "yes, you're pregnant" since pregnancy symptoms are very similar to flu/cold symptoms.

There are many dollar stores that sell pregnancy tests for $1 and they are just as accurate as the drug store kind. If you live in the US, you can visit any public health clinic in your area and they will do a urine pregnancy test for free. Another idea is to ask the boy who you had sex with to pitch in and help pay for a pregnancy test because you are late. It may not be what you wanted to do, but is now a must unless you get your period today.

Please keep us posted,

Rosa
