Hi again and thank you for your response. Constipation is common with iron tablets and eating a high fiber diet or taking something like Milk of Magnesia will help with that area. As for your periods, I am not sure I see a correlation since missed periods are common. Is there a chance of pregnancy?

Hi Anonymous,

There are many reasons that you may miss your period. There is always the possibility that you could be pregnant, stress will cause period delays, exercise changes, diet changes, and then there is no reason whatsoever that can also occur.

Have you been to the doctor for low iron? Have you been diagnosed with any low iron conditions by a physician? In addition, I would always talk to your physician before taking any supplements so make an appointment with your treating physician. If you provide more information, we may be able to assist you more.

Sincerely,
Missie
