Hello anonymous and welcome to EmpowHer! Thank you so much for your question. Feeling nauseous is just the worst, isn't it? Whenever I have a basic cold I can still function just fine but if I'm queasy all bets are off.

I do have a few questions for you that will help me answer your question better--I want to be sure we are finding the correct information for you. About how long have you been feeling like this? A few days, weeks, or months or longer? Does the feeling go away as the day goes on or after you eat? How long ago did you have your hysterectomy? Are you taking any hormone replacement or do you still have your ovaries?

If you could post again with this information then that will help me out a lot. I'm not a physician but my gut feeling is telling me your hormones are not balanced. But it could be from other things too. I look forward to hearing from you again! Best in health, Michelle
