I feel pain on my left upper back, sometimes runs to the right side with flushes in my left arm. What is the way forward?

I had been feeling heat in my back, I feel pain too around my upper left back sometimes runs to the right side with heat flushes in my left arm and I am 29years old male pls help with solution.

Thank you for your question.

Pain in the upper back is typically associated to an injury to a disc in the upper back such as the thoracic herniated disc or degenerated disc. Overuse of muscle, perhaps a strain of some sort perhaps caused by poor posture.

Do you notice that it comes and goes? Or is it associated with a particular movement or activity?

If you are experiencing any of the following - please seek emergency medical attention immediatly:

Weakness in your arms or legs
Numbness in your arms, legs, chest or belly
Loss of bowel or bladder
