After finishing my period I traveled by car for 4 hours and had sex with my girl friend but it was just oral and 3 days later I got my period heavy flow again please advice on what is the proble or if this is normal due to traveling and sex after a long time

Neither traveling nor having sex after a long period of abstinence will cause you to have heavy vaginal bleeding.
Anonymous, I strongly suggest you schedule an appointment with your gynecologist. Vaginal bleeding in between periods is abnormal and could indicate a problem, such as uterine fibroids.
