I had a cranectomy and fenestration for an Arachnoid cyst at the base of my skull. All membrane of the cyst was removed. Could you share your experiences following the surgery?

For 3 years I had migraine headaches off and on. Recently I had headaches and dizziness for three and one half months. The surgery is over and I am experiencing continued dizziness and headaches. I also developed a situation where I sense someone is there and they talk to me and I answer but as soon as I answer, I find no one is around. It has been four days since the surgery. Please share your experiences.
