Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER. Thank you for reaching out to our community for help.

Have you spoken to your physician to report this?

Noriday is an oral contraceptive. It contains the active ingredient norethisterone, which is a synthetic progestogen, similar to the natural progestogens produced by the body.

Has your physician prescribed Noriday as treatment for PCOS?

Oral contraceptives are often recommended to treat the symptoms of PCOS or polycystic ovarian syndrome. Progesterone only pills are slightly less reliable and must be taken at the same time each day. Noriday is a UK brand. Some women have found that progesterone only oral contraceptives do not suppress their symptoms.

Anonymous, please speak with your physician. Ask how long before the bleeding should stop.
You will not be able to conceive as long as you are taking Noriday. You should discuss if and when you can become pregnant. Your physician is your best resource.

Regards,
Maryann
