Making out cannot cause pregnancy. He must ejaculate into your vagina during ovulation in order for pregnancy to occur.
Vaginal discharge can occur at any time and does not indicate pregnancy. Your low back pain is also not due to pregnancy because you did not have intercourse. No need to worry.
