I had been told by several other doctors after a few falls and one led to a large absess being removed from my ankle. I have been experienceing dizzines, tremors and severe headaches. My Nuerologist sent me for a CT scan and an MRI of my brain and I'm scared about the spot they found on my brain. Should I tell the doctor about my brother and is there further testing to find out what the spot on my brain is?`

I can understand your anxiety. Four years ago, I had a CT scan and a mass the size of a softball was found on the frontal lobe of my brain. It is very important that you tell your physician about your brother. A magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) can be ordered to give a more detailed picture of the major blood vessels in your brain.
